About Us The SAN JOSE FROGS F.C. is San Jose’s minor league soccer club, and played their first season in the National Premier Soccer League in 2006 with home games at PAL stadium in San Jose. They found strong support by San Jose Earthquakes fans and the advocacy group Soccer Silicon Valley and are committed to build a strong and lasting Amateur Soccer Club which has a positive impact on the local soccer community and also provides opportunities for soccer players to aspire to. For 2007, the SAN JOSE FOGS F.C. made additional financial commitments for soccer in San Jose by joining the USL Premier Development League in its Southwest Division as of the 2007 season. Our club lives by FIFA’s mission to “play, inspire and spread the most beautiful game in the world“ . One key attraction of soccer aside of the simplicity of the rules – except maybe “offside” – is the expression of cultural characters. Therefore different countries and continents have their specific ways to play the game – just think of Brazil, Argentina, England, Italy, Germany, Japan, Ghana, Mexico or the U.S. National Team... Here in San Jose, we have local players from all over the world and actually can combine all “global soccer flavors” in terms of team strategy, creativity, inspiration, discipline and leadership. With local ownership our club supports the local soccer community, players and fans alike – and we are committed to permanently bring soccer’s most valuable tradition to San Jose: a soccer club is in reality “owned” by its fans.
