To register with the SAN JOSE FROGS F.C. please complete and sign the form(s) required – and bring them together with your picture ID (e.g. Driver License) either to our next practice or tryout (times to be announced on our homepage) or set up a meeting time with either Peter Weiss or Hartmut Esslinger.
